i found breakfast particularly convenient. a variety of options existed each morning. the concierge team assisted me efficiently. they arranged transport. the location was convenient. it offered easy access to many attractions.

My room was a Beautiful King Room. The bed was comfortable (the most comfortable I've ever slept on!), and I slept very well each night. The turn-down service was a nice touch and very appreciated.

tea omission cheap omission

the location was quite central, making it easy enough to get around.

The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. This seemed a cheap omission given the price of a cup ordered to the room, it was like they nickel and dimed me.

dinner surcharge limited menu

the staff attire maintains its lavish reputation. i found that to be acceptable.

i had dinner reservations one night, and i found out there was a surcharge for musical entertainment i did not want. the menu was limited to items like well-done burgers. wanting to take the food back to the room was not allowed.

flawless stay

tasty food friendly staff

i dined at the restaurant and had the epicurean menu. it included tasty and ample quantities. all the staff were friendly and considerate. the champagne was chilled perfectly and the pianist was soothing.

the main entrance was not open because of building work. a lot of the hotel was closed, but they did not tell me that. i had to use the side entrance instead.

the room included a comfortable king bed and high-quality linens. there was a spacious work desk with multiple power outlets. i also found a well-stocked minibar with various beverages and snacks.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there were also free weights up to 50 lbs. the hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the premises for all guests .

the concierge arranged transportation and provided helpful local information. housekeeping services kept the room super clean each day. the hotel staff promptly addressed all requests and inquiries i made.
